Here are some tips for how a once-and-done approval flow can empower employees and make team gifting easier.

CG Elite Team admins can manage rules and approval requests from their account. Set permissions for all sub-accounts upfront, including budget and acceptable gifts or vendors. A preset approval form with mandatory questions will collect all necessary information for approval. Clear guidelines empower employees to make informed decisions within your company's boundaries.

CG Elite Team admins can access the approval form by selecting "approval process" from the sidebar menu under customer account settings.

Begin by toggling the switch to activate approvals for all gift orders, or set the minimum budget threshold for approval. Setting a budget allows employees to gift up to a certain amount before the approval process kicks in. 

Customize your questions to collect all necessary information needed for approval. You can format your questions as text boxes, multiple choice, dates, or file uploads and set the responses as mandatory or optional. 

For example, questions may include: Who are you gifting this item to? Is it for an employee or a client? When do you need to send this gift? 

Create as many questions as you want to gather all necessary information in one place to make an approval decision, reducing back-and-forth communication.

You can choose to set different budgets and gift selections for each department or sub-account within your CG Elite Team account. Access this in the team settings.

Once you save your changes, your approval flow goes into effect immediately. Sub-accounts can choose gifts, create personalized greetings, and fill out the approval form at checkout. Admins receive notifications for pending requests, review all data, and approve orders in one place. 

Giving employees the go-ahead to make their own gifting choices not only takes the burden off you but is also empowering for them. By assigning budgets and outlining mandatory questions upfront, employees can make decisions that fit within guidelines while still owning their gifting decisions. This powerful tool ensures you have all information in one place, leading to less red tape, quicker decisions, and more efficient gifting processes.
