CG Elite users can benefit from our exclusive automation functionality, which integrates with your HR system or contact lists. The automation feature allows you to schedule gifts for work anniversariesbirthdays, and onboarding with ease. 

Here's how you can automate corporate gifts:

1. Set up from your campaign dashboard

Go to your campaign dashboard, click on the options icon next to the gifting campaign you want to automate, and select “add automation.”

2. Select your audience and trigger

Choose your audience from your contact groups or integrate with your HR system for employee-specific campaigns. Next, select your automation trigger, such as anniversaries or birthdays. For this example, select anniversaries. You can set up a separate campaign for employee birthdays by following these same steps.

3. Set the send time and payment method

Select your campaign send time parameters, such as one day before or after the anniversary. Then, choose your payment method, either CG Credits or credit card.

Additional options

Super-admins can choose to opt for manual approval of automated campaigns. They’ll receive notifications 24 hours before the campaign goes out, giving them the choice to decline the gift for former employees or ignore the notification for the automated campaign to go out on time. All settings can be edited and managed as needed.
