Whether you’re a year-round gifter or send gifts annually, having a contact list makes the process easier and ensures no one is forgotten. By uploading your contacts to your account, you can store them for future use, saving you time and effort. You can manually add or delete contacts as needed, ensuring your list is always up-to-date.
And if you don’t have an integration with your HR system, using contact groups can simplify the process of selecting recipients for gift campaigns. You also can add details to your contacts to automate birthday or anniversary gifts.
If you have one or two contacts to add, it may be easiest to add them to your contact list individually. To do this:

You may have different gift budgets for clients and employees – this is where the group function comes in handy. Add contacts individually or in bulk to the group of your choice. This can be done while uploading in the form, in your .csv file, or after you have already uploaded the contacts.
By setting up contact groups, you can send gifts to different groups of recipients in bulk without sending to your entire list. Members of your contact groups can be edited at any time.
To delete contacts from your list, click the trash icon on the right-hand side of the contact and confirm removal. To delete multiple contacts or add them to a group, click the checkboxes and select “Add to group” or “Delete contacts.”
